Thoroughbred on Treadmill at UC Davis Equine Athletic Performance Lab (Gallop & Sprint)

UC Davis Picnic Day 2010 (April 17th). This was a demonstration for visitors to see the gaits of a horse very close up. The treadmill’s top speed is 38mph. This horse was put to his top speed for a few seconds at minute 2:00 in the video.
