“Lock Horns” - Steven Verhelst new duet for trombones. What a joy to play this brand new composition with me dear friend, the amazing José Milton Vieira. The idea for this project was born during Milton’s visit at the Thein factory to select his Thein tenor trombone. I’ve asked my former student and friend, the successful composer of so many trombone hits, Steven Verhelst, to compose a new piece for the 2 of us and here it is.
