Diagnostic Laparoscopy for Infertility - Dr. Amit Agarwal

This was a case of infertility undergoing a diagnostic laparosocpy. The intra op findings were:- 1. Dense adhesions 2. B/L Hydrosalpinx with adhesions between tube and structures 3. A free lying intraperitoneal well defined mass (inclusion cyst as per histopathology) present over the body of uterus Adhesionolysis and removal of mass was done laparoscopically. Histopathology turned out to be an inclusion cyst.
