Luna

I didn’t even want to adopt another cat when I met Luna. I just wanted to volunteer at an animal shelter before the pandemic hit and she chose me. She came out of her shell when she met me. She had been hiding from everyone before. Someone abandoned her outside. I was instantly drawn to her too because she reminded me so much of Myrtle who passed away just a few months before. She was about 8 when I adopted her. It was a very difficult start with her. She was definitely traumatized and couldn’t be picked up at all and would pee outside the box when something upsets her. And Kitty was not happy she was there and would bully her sometimes. I stopped going to the shelter on account of how stressful it was with Luna for a while. But things have improved and I still love her. She’ interesting character. I love her very much but she’s been a challenge sometimes.
