Hello! I am Justin Bonitz/Hungry Covers, and this is a video of me doing a real-time vocal, one-take vocal cover of Paramore’s “Ignorance.“ This song was very difficult for me to sing. It is at the top of my vocal range, and some parts honestly felt a little strained. My high school band used to cover this song, and my ex-girlfriend, who was the other singer/guitarist, would complain about how she thought she sounded like she was giving birth while singing it... I now understand what she meant! Hayley Williams has some pipes! For the high notes, I am using a closed, modal voice with a high placement and open soft pallet.
