Ain’t No Grave - American Gospel Song

Vocals and arrangement by Farya Faraji. This is another song I had covered in April of 2021, but I wasn’t satisfied with it and reworked it a little. Another American gospel song, attributed to Claude Ely (1922–1978). Supposedly, he performed this song spontaneously once healed from tuberculosis as a boy--a healing he attributed to his family’s prayers. Not much to say about this one--a classic country rendition that follows the conventions of American folk music. As for the video, here’s me holding a guitar but not actually playing it because I wasn’t gonna bother tuning it again but holding a guitar still looks cool.
