Fix Valorant This Build of Vanguard is Out of Compliance | VALORANT VAN 9003 Problem

Are you facing an error message that says van9003 or this build of vanguard is out of compliance with current system settings on windows 11? If Secure Boot or TPM(Trusted Platform Module) 2.0 is disabled in Windows 11, VALORANT will not properly launch, and you will get VAN 9003 error.
