A Russia military cargo plane with 15 people on board had crashed while taking off from an airfield for a schedule flight on March 12. Footage circulating on social media showed a IL-76 aircraft descending toward the ground with one of its engines on fire. Other footage showed a column of black smoke rising from the crash site.
