Aspendos Turkey September 2014

The town of Aspendos, with its ancient Roman Theatre, is situated to the north of the main trunk road between Antalya and Manavgat in Southern Turkey. The Theatre owes its remarkable state of preservation to the Seljuqs, who adapted it, during the Middle Ages, for use as a Caravansaray.
