Man Gets Tased at Columbus Zoo After Refusing to Follow Officer’s Direction

Joseph Solinger, 36, of Pataskala, is facing several charges including a felony failure to comply, as well as misdemeanor charges of inducing panic, and driving under the influence. The Columbus Zoo said that there was a traffic accident on State Route 750 in front of the zoo just before 2 p.m. on April 15.
