Veloce

A signature cocktail for everyone who loves their car, no matter how many problems it has. This is named after my 34 year old Alfa Romeo with its leaky roof and windows that don’t work. Veloce has the bitter yet disarmingly flavorful Italian amaro Cynar (pronounced chee-NAR), Beefeater’s gin, and Sanpellegrino Limonata, with that finishing touch of 6 to 8 grains of sea salt and ruby red grapefruit.
