In this first of three parts, I discuss the beginnings of Keith Emerson’s career, his early musical influences and early bands he was part of, culminating in his first major success with “The Nice“. Parts 2 and 3 are in the pipeline and will deal with Emerson with ELP and the latter part of his career. This should be uploaded in a few weeks time.
