How to Train Kicking on your own: For Centres

Here is a top training Session pulled from my Rugby Trainer Online Academy for centres in Rugby, that you can do on your own. All you need is a Rugby ball, a few cones and a rugby pitch. This sessions focused on the Grubber kick and the Whipper (J-Shape) kick that many pro centres use when playing.
