2020 Software Release Highlight COMPAL Aungier Model Calibration

In 2019, the Aungier model was added to COMPAL®, our compressor meanline design and analysis product. The Aungier model is a globally accepted, physics-based losses approach to aid in the design of compressors. Our development team has re-visited this implementation in 2020 by improving the model’s calibration using an expanded set of test data, which includes a wider range of design requirements and applications.
