British Instructional Films Ltd presents a Classroom Film. This seems to be a cinematic guessing game for schoolchildren. i) Bulldozer lifts tree trunks and knocks a tree over. ii) A mechanical digger empties its bucket of sludge dredged up from the bottom of a river. iii) A man puts a pile of paper into a press which cuts off the edges to make the pages uniform. iv) A block of red hot metal is lifted up by a mechanical winch in a foundry. v) A mechanical digger extracts earth from the foundations of a house plot. vi) A man shovels cement into a cement mixer. We see the mixer going around. vii) Two shire horses pull a plough. Man in flat cap and braces follows on behind. viii) Crops are sprayed by hand and by a man sitting on a crop sprayer led by a horse. It has the name “Sack“ on the side. All fairly short shots.
