Summoning - Runes of Power

This video is completely made of the scenes from “The Lord of the Rings“ trilogy, which is something I always intented to do (no scenes from IMO disappointing “The Hobbit“ trilogy). The song “Runes of Power“ comes from my favorite Summoning album, which I find to be flawless in its entirety. The golden look of this video is inspired by the color scheme in the cover art and the booklet for “Let Mortal Heroes Sing Your Fame.“ The very idea for this video actually comes from a small “vision“ of mine. Namely, whenever I listened to this song, I always imagined the same scene from “The Return of the King“ movie during a particular part of the song (the one at 03:47). So I had to make this video just to see how it would look like for real. Of course, it turned out to be just as I imagined! This video was a lot easier to make than my previous one, but I like it just the same. Hope you will like it too! Enjoy! Lyrics: The wind came down from mountain could And like a tide it roared and rolled The branches groaned, the forest moaned And leaves were laid upon the mould The wind went on from West to east All movement in the forest ceased But shrill an harsh across the marsh Its whistling voices were released [Sample:] [1. And runes of power upon the door. There shone forever, fair and bright] Facebook:
