All Electric Brakes & Steering in the Tesla Swapped Squarebody! - Electric C10 Ep. 11

We got some new parts in for this AWD all-electric C10! The new pedal set made its way to the shop, and like everything we put in this Tesla swapped squarebody, there’s some modification required. Donny has to break out his grinder to cut a recess in his brand new firewall to get the right fit for these pedals in the cab, and then slices another hole to fit our electric brake booster! We went with a Tesla brake booster to eliminate the need for the vacuum a normal booster would require from a combustion engine. We also get to fabricate some lever assembly prototypes to allow us to position our booster low and centered in our cab. Once we get a working design, we’re sending them out to our buddy JC Customs to mill us some billet models! Along with the electric brake booster, we are also installing a full electric power steering pump, and an all electric AC compressor to eliminate the need for pulley-driven accessories!
