Full title reads: “Croydon. Our Flying Prince - once again fulfils his well-earned title of ’Britain’s Best Ambassador of Trade’ in visiting Denmark & Sweden.“ Croydon, Greater London. Prince Edward, the Prince of Wales (later King Edward VIII and Duke of Windsor) walks down steps on wing of monoplane. He chats quickly to a couple of men on the ground. The Prince then walks up a couple of steps into a much larger airliner. Staff from the airline are their to greet him. Back view of the plane as it moves off. Side view of the Imperial Airways plane ’Heracles’, bearing the Royal Standard taxies along the runway. The large biplane takes off.
