Sky Girls Opening - Virgin’s High Upscaled HD

from 480p to 4k there is some visual noise and weird artifacting but comparing it to the DVD dump in the highest available resolution i don’t think it’s so bad. Might touch it up later. There are parts that might be fixable with manual readjusting.
