I’ve been lucky enough to see a lot of great bands and classic concerts, including the Rolling Stones, U2, Adele, Bruce, Springsteen, Eagles, Billy Joel, The Who, Elton John, The White Stripes, Linkin Park, the Kings of Leon, Emerson Lake and Palmer, Styx, Rush, Edgar Winter, the Electric Light Orchestra, Chicago, Deep Purple, Rush and even Roger Waters’ The Wall ... but Pink Floyd’s performance at Ivor Wynne Stadium on June 28, 1975 will always remain THE GREATEST CONCERT EVER in my mind. Why? It was the perfect night, an amazing setting and a great set of music by a band at the height of their creativity. It was both raw and polished.
