Trail Bike Shootout - DRZ400 - WR450F - KLX300R - I Ride Them ALL Back to Back!

First time riding my dad’s 03 DRZ400 and my sister’s 04 WR450F. I didn’t go too hard in the woods on the DRZ or WR because they aren’t my bikes and I didn’t want to drop one, I was mainly trying to get a feel for them and see how they ride. Though once I got on my 07 KLX300R, I was ready to hit the trails at speed :D Notable Differences: The KLX has the softest suspension, least amount of weight of the three and feels nimble in the woods in comparison to the DRZ. It’s by far the easiest bike to ride for a newer rider, the throttle is very forgiving and you can take it super slow if you want with the short first gear. The “ shorter wheelbase than the others sacrifices some high speed stability but helps through tight singletrack and slower corners. The WR felt slightly stiffer than the DRZ over roots and small bumps and the suspension feels more in tune front to rear. Higher speed, open areas really allow this bike to shine.
