Apollo 11 Tribute - The Full Mission in First-Person view - KSP RSS/RO

Best watched with headphones. 🎧 Embark onboard the Apollo 11 spacecraft, for this historical journey to the Moon surface and back, on the occasion of the 54th anniversary of the mission, entirely piloted from first person perspective (IVA). Featuring synchronized Capcom audio all along, as well as rarer archive onboard crew recordings. Contrary to Apollo, the whole mission here was done manually, except for the Earth ascent to orbit. Due to those IVAs limitations, I had to place maneuver nodes from the map view, which was the only time when it was used. Note that the CM and LM instruments and panel layouts are mostly accurate to the real ones, however the instruments are adapted towards KSP gameplay and capabilities. This was definitely a challenging and fun mission to do, as well as learning a lot about the outstanding Apollo 11 mission, and its crew. Thanks for watching !
