State of Palestine: Popular Front holds march to ’celebrate victory’ in Israel-Hamas hostilities

Subscribe to our channel! A large crowd of protesters joined a march led by the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) and its military wing, in Gaza on Wednesday. According to reports, the march was organised as a celebration of what Gazans perceive as their victory in the recent exchange of hostilities with Israel. The march is one of the few that took place in the Gaza Strip in the aftermath of an Egyptian-mediated ceasefire between Israel and Palestinian militants on Thursday, May 20. The ceasefire brought to an end the worst outbreak of violence since 2014, that left 12 Israelis and 248 Palestinians dead after 11 days of hostilities.
