WINTER IN THE ENGLISH COUNTRYSIDE - THE LORD CREWE ARMS, NORTHUMBERLAND: Vlogmas Ep.4

Last night we checked into the Lord Crewe Arms in Northumberland. One of my favourite English countryside hotels. I didn’t think it could get any more magical but experiencing it in the snow surpassed all my expectations. I can’t recommend a visit here highly enough. Apologies for the grainy quality of parts of this episode, it has been quite dark here with the weather and the stunning interiors of this former 12th century abbey are naturally darker inside - something I relish, especially in these cosy winter months when you can huddle by the fire and enjoy the candlelight. N.B. - We stayed at the Lord Crewe Arms on this occasion by invitation and the stay/food were complimentary. No money exchanged hands, my opinions are all my own and this will continue to be one of my absolute favourite hotels in England. The history, charm, atmosphere and character are unsurpassable.
