This film, “The Talking Car“ was produced by the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety in Washington, D.C. It educates the viewer on traffic rules and pedestrian safety. The film reaches a young audience by using a talking car to deliver instructions to a young girl and boy on their walk home from school. This imaginative film proved so popular that an update was made a couple of decades later.
