Baking a Boston Cream Pie with my Mom! Bake Me Up Buttercup

Ingredients- Pastry Cream: 4 egg yolks 1/2 c sugar 3 tbs cornstarch Pinch salt 2 c whole milk 3 tbs butter 1 tbs vanilla extract Cake: 1 cup flour 1 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 2 eggs 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup whole milk 5 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 tsp vanilla extract Ganache: 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate Pinch of salt Preheat oven to 350F/177C If you enjoy these videos, please consider supporting my work!
