Deus Ex Creepy Voice Easter Egg?

Sorry for the clickbaity title, but whatever, eat it losers :) Nah it is actually creepy and I don’t understand why it’s there, what it’s saying and why it gave me shivers so bad. By the way, no, I’d never turn off the Deus Ex music. I just wanted you to clearly hear the dialogue. Sorry I couldn’t get it any louder. Playing with original maps, in case that makes any difference. I doubt this is an easter egg but whatever. It’s also not the monk doing weird things. He doesn’t sound like that. Song is ’People Are Strange’ by The Doors. I needed an excuse to feature some of my favourite music so I took the odd shot when I could. Get over it. This is what you call good music.
