Scotland hit by severe flooding as ’danger to life’ weather warning issued

BRITS have been issued “danger to life“ warnings amid flooding as 10 people were rescued from a landslide. Heavy downpours bringing up to seven inches of rain are sweeping across Scotland, causing havoc with transport and risking lives. Rescue helicopters sprang into action to airlift a number of people away from unstable ground on the A38 near Tarbet.
