This took a 480p copy, and used Cupscale to upscale the visuals to a 4k resolution. The frame size is slightly irregular, but I want to keep as much of the original artwork as I can. From here, I would want to go through and make some changes. For some reason, the 480p original is set to 30fps instead of 24fps, even though this is clearly animated with the standard 12fps most animations have (creating 24fps, but with each frame doubled. So I’ll want to re-rip the frames
