Full Title reads: “Ruislip - Business Men & Athletes! G. Allum of Anglo-Persian Oil Co., wins Business Houses C.C. Championship for 2nd year from big field.“ Ruislip, Greater London. Large group of cross country runners race across a field. Runners race along up hill track. Four men in uniform are standing to one side in the foreground. Two runners come around a corner and climb over a fence. Different angle, more runners climb over fence. Athlete runs up to and breaks finishing tape. He relaxes as he crosses the line. He turns around to congratulate the runner up. The winner (G. Allum presumably) is lifted up onto the shoulders of three men in uniform. He appears to still be short of breath from the race.
