Singletrack Trail Grooming - Dancing with the SnoTug

Here’s a sampler of preparing fat bike trails after a significant snowfall. This “tracksled“ was called into action and had been untested up to this point. It looks fun and flowy (which is partly is) but is actually very dangerous. The ’Tug can dive off the trail or into a tree without warning, even launching the driver. The “SnoTug Mk III Excalaber“ is made from a 15hp motor and 1970 SkiDoo Olympic. There’s something so beautiful about laying fresh tracks in the snow. Here’s the forward view.
