Last year when he announced that Rishi Sunak had been elected Prime Minister of the U.K., Joe Biden mispronounced his name as “Rashid Sanook.” Then during Biden’s trip to Belfast, the President greeted Sunak brusquely, pushing him aside to engage with a nearby (white) man dressed in military attire, leading many to speculate that Joe doesn’t remember who the U.K. Prime Minister is.
