We were thrilled to plan Vanessa and Georg’s enchanting wedding in picturesque Portofino. The pretty seaside idyll, famous for its pastel-coloured buildings and historic harbour, provided the perfect backdrop. Our couple, from Germany, wanted their guests to feel at home right away. Wanting an elegant outdoor ceremony, our couple chose the breath-taking setting of Abbey La Cervara (Abbazia La Cervara). Perched high on a cliff overlooking the Ligurian Sea, as soon as our couple cast eyes on La Cervara, they knew it was ‘the one’. The Abbey’s ancient garden was staged to perfection with the couple exchanging vows in front of a stunning floral archway adorned with roses, hydrangeas, and delphinium spires.
