Mana (Yukino Kishii) became good friends with Sumire (Minami Hamabe) and the two remained close for years. Mana admired Sumire’s carefree and easygoing attitude, which contrasted to her own reserved and shy nature. However, Sumire broke off contact with Mana and the two parted ways. After Mana learns that Sumire passed away she has a difficult time letting go and goes on a trip to discover more about her friend.
